Northside Hospital has announced its development of a three-story, 60,000 square foot state-of-the-art medical office building in Cumberland’s West Village community.
The new medical campus will offer patients and community members access to a broad scope of services, including:
- Imaging
- Primary Care
- Urgent Care
- Specialties
Northside partnered with Realty Trust Group and Branch Properties in developing the new Northside Medical Cumberland. The architect is HKS and the general contractor is Brasfield & Gorrie. The building will be designed to provide accessible medical care and meet the current and future needs of the community.
An official groundbreaking ceremony was recently held on Nov. 3 to celebrate the start of construction. The new medical building is expected to open in January 2023.
