
Dr. Patricia Rich, who most recently served as a medical oncologist and director of the Lung Cancer Center at Cancer Treatment Centers of America® (CTCA), Atlanta, from 2013 to 2020, has rejoined the medical team.
A board-certified and fellowship-trained medical oncologist, Dr. Rich has expertise in treating lung and head and neck cancers, with additional experience in treating sarcomas, melanoma breast and prostate cancers.
She earned her medical degree from the University of Miami, Leonard M. Miller School of Medicine in Miami, FL, and completed her residency in internal medicine at University of Miami, Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami, FL.
Dr. Rich also completed a fellowship in hematology and oncology from the University of South Florida, H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center & Research Institute in Tampa, FL. In addition to her time with CTCA in Chicago and Atlanta hospitals, Dr. Rich also helped Piedmont Oncology build its thoracic oncology program.
