SK Commercial Realty announced the development of two medical office buildings totaling ±56,800 SF in the Northwest Atlanta submarket. Both buildings are in close proximity to WellStar Kennestone Hospital and adjacent to WellStar’s new ER site.

The first project is currently under construction and set to deliver in November of this year. This ±21,300 SF medical office building will be home to OrthoAtlanta, Georgia Hand, Shoulder & Elbow and nMotion Hand and Physical Therapy.

Concluding a 3-parcel assemblage, the second project is a significant medical office professional building. Construction will commence in November 2019. 660 Cherokee is a ±35,500 SF medical office building and is scheduled to deliver in September 2020.
